Player nick: Milo
Name: Tony Stega
Codename: Blade
DoB/Age: 17 (Appearance; High healing factor)
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 180
Powers:
* Bad to the Bone -- Tony has a strange ability where he is able to force the growth of bones in his body, shaping and changing them as he wishes. Often this power of his is used to create weapons, usually sharp and contorted with random spikes, always sharp on at least once side. This is what gave him his nickname, Blade.
** Armor -- Developed through multiple uses and practices, Tony has been able to send the bone up and tearing through his flesh to create armor. This armor oddly enough actually shares Tony's regenerative properties, allowing it to take damage and repair itself without him actually being damaged. It comes in handy for dealing with explosives and other massive bombardments that would have used to be able to render him unconscious and injured.
** Projectiles -- By using bone under the flesh to push forth other bone, Blade has gained the ability to send shards literally flying forth out of his body.
* Healing Factor -- Tony also has an extreme healing factor comparable to Wolverine himself, quite obvious by how his bones are grown from his form and then removed, flesh healing up ever so quick. Although he heals, there's still quite a lot of pain behind the act... but he likes it.
** Ashen Remains -- For some odd reason, bone and blood, skin cells, what have you.. anything left behind and not attached to Blade, quickly finds itself dissolving away into nothing but ash.
** Melding -- When bullets, blades, shrapnel and other foreign objects become lodged in his body, Tony's ability to heal has taken on a new, drastic way of dealing with such. Instead of pushing the foreign material out, his body manages to shift it and meld it into the bone creations he can generate. So a bone blade may actually contain a metal blade or armored structure created from a barrage of bullets. This also includes toxins, if absorbed, being rejected from his body on the blades that form from beneath his flesh. Of course.. he has other ways of dealing with such too.
Skills & Hobbies:
* Boomerangs -- He likes to make them of bone and use them, or use them made of wood or metal. His prize creation is a triple-star bladed boomerang he's named Rivitar, connected to and manipulated by a chain. At times he will use a bone chain from himself, but he's gotta be -really- psychotic for that.
* Combat -- Boxing, martial arts, and a little bit of some street fighting. Put these together with some gymnastics and his abilities, and you have a whole new style of fighting. This is the style Tony uses, enjoying the mix and twisting it to his own needs on the spot.
* Scrap Booking -- Since being with Ivor, Blade has begun gathering images and words, pictures and whatever things he likes and making booksof them when he can. He really enjoys scrap booking and collecting such things, although they are usually kept hidden away since they're special and personal. And his. All his.
** Knowledge of Self -- Blade has learned a great deal about himself and his abilities, such as how he can use his abilities without inadvertently killing himself, how much blood he can stand to lose, and even how to use his bone creation to cut off blood flow to prevent being poisoned, and thus even how to drain said poison from his body.

Weakness
* Concept -- Blade is limited by himself, having very little will of his own. He can't perform actions based upon his own needs and wants due to how he was raised, however with more freedom in his life now it just may change. Along with will, Blade has a twisted concept of the world. He doesn't understand emotions well or desires due to his limited knowledge on life, and doesn't even understand humor. Blade is all about pleasing others, stuck currently in that submissive state of getting whatever others desire for them.
* Endorphin Rush -- Blade feels excruciating pain with his powers but has learned to 'enjoy' the pain as it fuels his adrenaline. This was a psychological mess up where he would be rewarded the more his powers hurt him and in turn, he learned to hurt others rather then slaughtering them on the spot. In truth besides a psychological disorder, Blade's body has mutated further. He doesn't laugh, but the pain he feels releases endorphins which are produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates, and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a sense of well-being. Otherwise put, his pain provides a natural painkiller to himself and even relieves stress and brings forth comfort.
* General Knowledge -- The boy is illiterate and knows nothing of mathematics, history, or even the common sense of living. His mentality and lack of knowledge makes him like an inquisitive deadly child.
Background/History: Over 800,000 children are reported missing each year. This doesn't even represent half of those who get lost in the government's placement system. Most are never even recorded. With mutants this number has grown outrageously high as young children and teenagers are cast aside or run away due to their powers. In some cases however they are taken. A group known as L.E.A.S.H. takes special measurements on scouting out orphanages for mutant children, specifically those who have abilities that can aid them in combat. Then they are taken and trained like animals, taught multiple styles of combat or thievery, or whatever they are deemed 'suitable' for with their powers. They more they know, the more they cost. They grow up like obedient dogs, willing to die for their master because they have no will of their own. Some even wear collars as a symbol of ownership and just that symbol can be a powerful thing...
Tony was one of these children, identified as a mutant when he was born because of his forearms having external bone planting that would be absorbed back into his flesh at will and a rather amazing healing factor. These traits made him easy to identify so when he entered the system, he was soon just another statistic. He was trained and like a good dog, obedient. When he was only at the age of nine he made his first kill, ordered to punch one of his master's clients in the gut. However instead of merely bringing the man to his knees, a bone blade went straight through and punctured a kidney. Tony earned the name Blade then, as most of his class are named for weaponry since all they are, are tools. Now it was known that Blade was not only good for defense with healing and armor as well as being a child who nobody would suspect, but he had blades for offensive purposes besides his punches and kicks. He was sent into specialized training and Blade was the only name he knew then. He ended up being sold to multiple buyers, searching for an enforcer. However Blade only ever knew to kill, not show mercy. When too many clients were killed he was sold to the next needy buyer. In his early teens Blade ended up being bought by an entertainer seeking new talent. He held underground gladiator games and Blade was sent into the mix. There he won many people money, simply killing his opponents. Unfortunately there wasn't much sport in a slaughter so he was forced to learn to enjoy the pain of his flesh ripping and the contorting of bones, as well as the ability to bring pain unto others without the mercy of death straight away. Blade became a psychological mess, growing up working for enforcer and collection duty as well as being an underground fighter. When he was older he gained more control of his abilities and could pass for human, fighting in other arenas where humans went up against each other just so his owner could make an extra buck.
Years later he was in the middle of a fight in an arena and that was when he met Ivor. Ivor had started a ruckas with his eyes on Blade. He ended up getting the collar from Blade's current master and since the cops were on the way, the man fled and Ivor was able to get Blade to follow him. Blade was opened up to the world of freedom, learning and thinking for himself, even having a relationship with Ivor that was more then just friends; even if he himself didn't fully understand it. This made Blade eager to please Ivor.
On night when he had gone out to do one of his usual "get Ivor a gift to surprise him" things, Blade found himself knocked unconcious. He awoke in the lab of Dr. Hidarion, where he found himself tested, studied, and once again, collered. Blade fell quickly back into old habits of obeying, unaware of the fact that Hidarion was using his methods to twist Blade himself due to the way his body handled endorphins.
Now under control, twisted, experimented on... Blade is a force to be direly reckoned with.
Appearance : Blade wears whatever he is given without question. There's a strange vacant look in his eyes, an untouched innocence that remains present with his lack of understanding and expressionless features. His black hair is always a wavy mess but it somehow fits him as if merely a wind-blown style. Around his neck is a worn old black leather collar with large heavy duty metal clasps and the name 'Blade' carved into it.
